Effect of Breadfruit Leaf Extract on Sperm Quality in Diabetic Male Wistar Rats

Background: Diabetes mellitus can lead to various complications, one of the most devastating complications is infertility. Meanwhile, antioxidant compounds breadfruit leaves have been shown help heal oxidative stress and therefore prevent infertility in diabetic patients. Therefore, this study aimed determine effect improving sperm quality parameters male Wistar rats.Methods: In study, twenty four rats were used classified into groups. Two groups alloxan-induced diabetics treated with a graded dose leaf extract.
